• Receiving, checking in and checking out guests.
• Handling reservations, phone calls and messages.
• Providing information about hotel services.
• Cooperation with hotel staff.
• Maintaining order at the reception desk.
✅ Requirements:
• Knowledge of Polish enabling free communication and correspondence with guests.
• Computer skills.
• Politeness, responsibility and good work organization.
• Readiness to work shifts.
• Experience in the hotel industry and knowledge of other languages will be an additional advantage.
